Just R is a flashcard app for iPhone and iPad. You make decks of words and phrases in any language, study them by flipping cards and marking Remember or Forgot, and the app reminds you to repeat each deck on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve. See every feature

Turn on the forgetting curve for a deck and Just R sets reminders 1 minute, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 9 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 6 days, 1 month and 3 months later. Any language. You write the cards, so Just R works for English, Spanish, German, Polish or any other pair. Cards are read aloud with the voices installed on your iPhone or iPad. The app itself is in English, Ukrainian, Russian, German and Spanish.

No. The Phrases tab has ready-made decks of idioms, phrasal verbs and everyday expressions that you can save to your collection, and you can import your own word lists from a CSV file. About ready-made decks

Yes. For each deck you choose how reminders arrive: as a local notification or as an event in your Calendar. Calendar reminders need permission to access your calendars.

Yes. You can create and study cards without a connection. Syncing your decks, AI features and ready-made decks need the internet.

Yes. Just R runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later, on Macs with Apple silicon and on Apple Vision Pro. There is no Android or web version.

Just R is free to download, and you can make decks and cards, study them and get reminders for free. The free version has limits on how many decks, cards and categories you can make and shows ads. Premium removes the limits and adds ready-made decks, decks with video, AI voice and word context. Free vs Premium

As an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy. There is no free trial. Prices and subscription terms

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. To restore Premium on a new device, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple. More help on the support page

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; otherwise they are not personalized. You can review your choices in the app under Ads privacy settings. How ads work in Just R

AI features are optional and ask for your permission first. Only the text of the card is sent to OpenAI to create an image, a voice or context. Your name, email and account details are not sent. You can turn AI features off in Settings. AI features in the Privacy Policy

Yes. Sign in with Apple, email or phone and your decks sync to your account, so they are there on a new iPhone or your iPad.

Open Settings in the app and choose to remove your account. This deletes your account and the data synced to it. You can also email support@just-r.app and ask us to delete it. What gets deleted
